Tory Burch is the Executive Chairman and Chief Creative Officer of Tory Burch LLC, the American lifestyle brand. She launched the company twenty years ago with a boutique in New York City and an ecommerce site. The brand has since grown into a global business with boutiques from New York to Paris and Shanghai.

Social responsibility has been a part of the company from its inception. Tory Burch launched the Tory Burch Foundation which empowers women and women entrepreneurs by providing access to capital, (including grants, and access to no-interest loans), education, business development workshops and digital resources.

In support of Nurse Heroes, the Tory Burch Foundation contributed over 5,000 Tory Burch designer blouses as special thank-you gifts to the nurses of Northwell Health.  The Foundation also donated needed materials for masks and hospital gowns (to the standards recommended by the CDC) in partnership with Catholic Health Services of Long Island, which services six New York hospitals.
